About us

Syrians in Luxembourg who decided not to wait.

Our story

Bridges to Build Syria is a non-profit organisation registered in Luxembourg (RCS F15630), founded by Syrians living in Europe who believe Syria deserves more than waiting.

We connect international will with the reality in Syria through real partnerships that contribute to reconstruction, capacity building and community resilience, independent of any government or political affiliation.

We see BTBS as a platform for collaboration between Syrian and international expertise: bringing people, knowledge and resources together to build a sustainable future, using every resource responsibly and with an ethical commitment to the communities we serve.

Our mission: to connect Syrian expertise at home and abroad with international partners, and to turn knowledge, experience and resources into sustainable initiatives.

Our vision

To build a bridge of cooperation between Syrian talent inside and outside the country, through a creative strategy and united efforts to support the reconstruction of Syria.

  • Create a shared working environment that encourages the exchange of knowledge.
  • Foster innovation and develop human capacity.
  • Preserve the Syrian spirit and unite its voice.
